At Rikamins, we understand that fast and secure delivery of your games is an important part of the purchasing experience. We have designed our shipping process to balance speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Whether you are ordering a single game or want to expand your collection, we do everything we can to deliver your order to you in perfect condition.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

When you place an order on rikamins.org, our team carefully selects, inspects, and packs your games. We use sturdy boxes and protective materials to ensure that the games arrive in perfect condition, regardless of how they are handled during transport. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on the following Monday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement, but during busy periods (holidays, major game releases), processing may take 2-3 business days.
You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can follow the progress of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. Most carriers offer real-time updates with estimated delivery dates and the current location.

Customers in the EU

We ship to all countries of the European Union. Shipping within the EU typically takes 5-10 working days. Customs formalities are handled by the carrier, if applicable.

Customers outside the UK

We ship to most countries worldwide, although restrictions apply to some locations. International shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on the destination. Customs and import duties may apply to orders outside the UK – these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping restrictions

Some games have regional restrictions or licensing restrictions. We will inform you during the checkout process if an item cannot be shipped to your location. We cannot ship to countries with trade restrictions or destinations where board games are subject to import restrictions.

Standard shipping

Delivery time: 3-5 working days

Ideal for: Customers who are not in a rush and want the most economical option. Standard shipping is valid for most destinations within our service area.

Ideal for: Customers outside our primary service area. International orders are shipped via carriers specializing in cross-border delivery.
