RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of errors or defects. Used products are not accepted. Refunds take 5–7 business days. Defective or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded.

We do our best to provide correct information regarding products, prices, and availability, but do not guarantee complete accuracy. Gaming experiences may vary. Prices are subject to change, and errors are corrected with prior notice. Images are indicative. Specifications such as playtime or difficulty are estimates.
